Crossfit MFC is the 3rd Gym in the area that I have tried in the past 3 years and I am happy to say that I have finally found the place that I want to stay at. Ryan is a great coach and does some great programming at the gym. On top of that, Ryan always makes sure that I get to the gym. If I miss more than 2 day, Ryan is texting me to find out why I am not showing up. Ryan goes above and beyond by giving me workouts to do on the road while I travel for work. I plan on staying at Crossfit MFC for a very long time.

I'd like to start by saying over the years I'm the guy who goes to the gym for about 2 months then get tired of the same old thing and quite. That's been an on going thing for me for about 10 years now. After I joined crossfit mfc around November 2015 I have never been so committed and proud/happy with the results. Ryan was extremely welcoming when I started. Everyone is there to help each other regardless of skill level, past experience, age, or body condition. It's a different full body workout everyday that keeps your attention. I went from feeling terrible to feeling the best I've felt for years. Thank you Ryan and the entire crossfit MFC team!!

Crossfit MFC is the first place in a long time where I've actually felt successful while working out (and I've done boxing, personal training, individualized training programs, etc.). The trainer/owner, Ryan, does a fantastic job of modifying every exercise to meet an individual where they're at, while still challenging them! I have not done a full-range lunge in 10+ years, but now I'm able to do so with appropriate accommodations put in place by Ryan. I've seen great improvement in my strength and balance in the first 3 weeks and cannot wait to see my results in the next few months!

I absolutely love MFC, ive trained and worked out a few different places but nothing beats being part of the MFC family. The atmosphere is just something you cannot find anywhere else. I've never really been able to attain The goals I wanted anywhere else, I've been part of the MFC family for about 5 months now and the goals I've broken and keep setting for myself constantly just go to show how great the coaching staff is. I started at MFC overweight, out of shape, and lacking confidence. I was a smoker who also suffered from depression and anxiety. I was prescribed medicine to help deal with my symptoms but I soon learned that Crossfit and a good diet was the best medicine for me. 10 months later I have gained confidence back in my life and in my body.I lost 25lbs and was able to get off all my medication.I also made the decision to finally quit smoking after 10 years. As a person in long term recovery from drug addiction, Crossfit MFC has helped show me a new and healthy lifestyle. Without the help from Ryan and the team at MFC I'm not sure where I would be today. I take the women's boot camp and it is great! Jordyn is great for helping teach how to do each move correctly. I also like that they are able to modify movements when I need to with my prior knee pain. The class has helped me have more daily energy and feel more confident about getting fit.

For being someone who has always loved to workout and always trying to kill my workouts every time, but I have never done any type of crossfit class before. If your interested in a new challenge everyday and meeting new people who are also setting goals this year for themselves, this is the place for you. I have learned a lot in a little amount of time thanks to the people in my class, and the people who are dedicated to teaching me. Coaches work with you and help u on ur motions and positions that you should be obtaining from each workout. All these new people have made me feel welcome and happy to be apart of a team!!! Crossfit MFC welcomed me in like family while I was in town visiting for the weekend. The atmosphere, people, facilities, etc were all absolutely amazing. Ryan and Jordan do an awesome job running this place. Not only that- they inspire those who have never stepped foot in a crossfit gym and are able to advance your skills so quickly. Classes are small enough that allow for personal attention, yet large enough to keep the energy levels up throughout the workout. Those two are awesome coaches, and I can't wait to come back to town to get a solid workout in with them again!
