Free Intro Class
Come to a free introduction to CrossFit class to find out if CrossFit MFC is for you!
Wear some comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and an open mind. We’ll provide the rest. We’ll cover CrossFit methodology, warm up and go through a workout of the day (WOD). The Free Intro class is open to all and will last approximately one hour.
