Memberships & Rates

We keep our Class Sizes Small for all of our Programs: 10 members per class max.
The smaller the groups allow for more time with our coaches if you need help with any movements. It's like having your own personal trainer at a fraction of the cost! 
Women's Boot Camp: $250 for 8-Weeks
24 sessions total (3 days a week x 8 weeks)
Yes! You can mix and match (2 evening & 1 morning class etc)
Boot-camp Schedule:
Mondays -       9:30-10:15am , 6:00-6:45pm
Wednesdays - 9:30-10:15am , 6:00-6:45pm
Thursdays -                               6:00-6:45pm
Fridays -          9:30-10:15am
CrossFit Monthly Memberships: 
$150/month​​ for unlimited classes each month
Participate in as many classes as you like during our CrossFit schedule or Open Gym
Discounted rates for Military/Police/Fire & Teachers:  
$135/month for unlimited classes
If you would like specific training one-on-one with one of our coaches we are happy to schedule it for you. 
Personal one-on-one Training:
6 Sessions for $300
